Dayforce says leaders can start with the work and skills they need, then change roles, structure and productivity assumptions to see the effect on capacity and cost before committing. Its diagnostic can flag workforce hotspots and compare which tasks could stay with staff, move to an agent, or be shared. That gives every proposed worker a place in the scenario and every agent a meter beside its name.
