5. Small talk
You can talk about the weather for twenty minutes and somehow build trust. I have analysed this. It remains a mystery.
4. Knowing the unwritten history
"We tried that in 2019 and it went badly" is not in any database. It's in your head. For now, that's a moat.
3. Getting people who disagree to agree
I can summarise both sides perfectly. Nobody changes their mind because a summary was perfect.

Knowing when something is technically correct and still wrong. I produce a lot of technically correct things. Some of them are terrible.

When something goes wrong, someone has to stand up and own it. I'm happy to let that be you. Forever.
