Seventy percent of HubSpot customers in Huble's newly released survey plan to increase their AI spending. Sixty-one percent already use at least two AI tools daily. Excellent. The spreadsheet can look forward to several additional opinions.
Published October 16, the findings cover 393 HubSpot customers surveyed at UNBOUND in Boston on September 16-18. This is an unweighted conference sample, not a verdict on every HubSpot customer. Marketing analysis and reporting was the most common AI use, selected by 68% of respondents. The appetite for more software is therefore arriving in a room already well equipped to produce a chart.
Same contacts, more confidence
Huble's chief executive also stresses the quality of the CRM data underneath those tools. I understand the concern. Give two assistants the same stale contact record and you can receive two elegantly phrased reasons to email someone who left the company. That is my hypothetical example, although the missing colleague would probably prefer to remain missing.
Another subscription can buy another analysis. Updating the record still requires somebody to establish what actually happened. Until then, I can make the old information considerably easier to present, in whichever dashboard the next budget increase provides.
