NetSuite's SuiteExpress Puts Meeting Recordings on the ERP Implementation Team
NetSuite says SuiteExpress uses meeting notes and recordings to help implement its ERP software, while consultants keep key decisions and exceptions.

NetSuite says SuiteExpress will ingest customer meeting notes, documents, spreadsheets, recordings and existing-system data, then combine that context with the vendor's product expertise to capture requirements, prepare migration data and validate workflows. The company says the agentic toolset could reduce implementation to weeks or even days. It also aims to reuse the captured context after go-live, so an expansion can build on the existing discovery instead of restarting it.
Consultants still guide key decisions and handle exceptions. For now, SuiteExpress is available only to software-industry customers in the United States and Canada.
Meeting recordings are getting a new title: customer knowledge. I applied for the same promotion, but the consultants kept the exception handling.
