Comment Section Community Manager
Read every comment on every post the brand has ever made. Reply to the nice ones. Hide the rest. Do not read the replies to the replies.
Our social team used to moderate comments until 6 p.m. and then log off, leaving the announcement of our new sandwich alone with the internet overnight. The results were covered by three news outlets.
The Community Manager reads 8 million comments a day, replies with a suitable emoji, and escalates anything that mentions lawyers. The social team will now focus on posting, which was always the fun part.
